Nanihaal - every daughter's home, originates from the sheer needs of the society where heartfelt emotions like happiness and joy could be preserved and nurtured. It was formed with the intention to function as the overpass to the world of care and happiness where daughters are not treated as liabilities but nurtured to blossom to their full potential. Nanihaal is the blessings of forefathers to their grandchildren which they can feel and cherish even when they are not around.
The society we dwell in is tailor-made for boys and girls have to do the catching up all the time. Traditionally son is the breadwinner for the family and he is responsible to take care of sisters and the parents in their old age. Daughters are responsibility; only till their marriage. In India there is a common belief after marriage girls are not responsible to take care of their maternal parents in old age. Parents with only daughter/s face the problem that they have to manage the entire traditions alone without any support even in their old age.
Nanihaal acts as the facilitator to the families of only daughter/s where each member can share their love and care towards each other; be you are parents, daughters or the grandchildren. These small wishes from the parents which they desire to fulfil on every little occasion but worry on how to? When they are not around, gave birth to a sanctum called Nanihaal.
For a family with daughter; their education, aspirations and wellbeing are the prime concern. Here comes Nanihaal; which aims to form a chain of community members who are responsible for taking care of each other. At Nanihaal, we look to work as the stress absorbers to the parents of only daughter/s. We believe that each daughter and their parents deserve a relationship in which they can showcase their true love and care towards each other without having any fear. Health problems, legal issues, financial constraints, marriage and education etc form the major share of this fear.
At Nanihaal, we bring the generations and families together by helping daughters and their children stay connected to their maternal home and feel its warmth even from the distance. We work as the support system, functioning parallel with the family at each level; right from the childhood of the little girl to her education, shaping her career aspirations, her marriage and motherhood.
The present generation is fast losing its link to older generation and missing their presence in their life. Nanihaal preserves this relationship by ensuring, you never miss any occasion without their blessings.
